Air Conditioning & Heat Extraction Systems
Kenyon has designed and installed air-conditioning systems including the associated BMS, SKADA, and PLC Controls. We supply and install split units, VRV systems, and central chilled water and heating systems. We also design, supply, and install heat extraction systems for production lines.
Air Con Duct Work
We have a complete set of highly automatic production line for the fabrication of rectangular GI ducts.
Clean Rooms
We design and build clean rooms on a turnkey basis for the electronic industry.
Treatment/Scrubber Systems
We build waste water treatment facilities to meet the requirements of our clients and the regulatory approval of local authorities. We have designed and built extraction systems to remove solid particles (via air filtration) and toxic fumes (via scrubber systems).
LPG Terminal Filling Plant
Kenyon has constructed LPG plants in Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam on turnkey basis. In these projects, our scope of work included the designing and building of spherical tanks, pressure vessels, LPG filling lines, ancillary facilities, safety installations, jetty unloading, tank truck loading/unloading, and deluge sprinkler systems all in accordance with NFPA and major refinery practice. Kenyon also undertakes the civil construction of the plants on turnkey basis.
Delicate Installation
We possess a range of tools required to install highly sensitive equipment such as the precision cigarette-making machine shown here. Our in-house civil / structural engineering department checks / designs reinforcement as may be required.
Fabrication/Installation of Production Lines
Kenyon has the expertise required to install production machineries and M&E hook-ups. We are experienced in the modification and fabrication of new production equipment and keep ourselves up to date with the latest PLC control and instrumentation technology.
Compressed Air/Vacuum Systems
As part of our regular project services, we design, select, procure, and install clean dry air and vacuum systems.
