Cultivating our Assets

We believe that employees will have a greater sense of pride in their work if they feel a sense of ownership. Consequently, we are structured as an employee owned company. Everyone, including workers, has the opportunity to buy into our shares.

 

Initiatives to Retain Core Management Team

To increase productivity, profit, and morale, our managers are encouraged to exercise full control of their own business units. Such decentralise scheme enables quick decisions and better services for our customers. Many of our senior managers/directors have been with Kenyon for more than 16 years.

 

Training for our Workers

We provide regular training and safety programs for our workers. Some of our more outstanding workers in China have also been afforded the opportunity to come to Singapore for further training.  Similarly, top performing workers in Singapore have been rewarded with trips to China, to visit our offices there as well as to sightsee.

We provide English lessons to our foreign workers as well as our Chinese engineers.

 

Regular Company BBQs

We organize regular company BBQs for all our staff and clients. These are great occasions for everyone to mingle, as well as to show appreciation to our workers for their hard work.

 

Yearly Incentive Trips

We have organized company-wide trips to the Crazy Horse show, IRs in Singapore. We have also sponsored long time employees, including foreign workers, on fully paid leisure trips to New Zealand, Korea, China and even Meditteranean cruise. Such quality trips instill in our staff a strong quality culture and the pride in their work.
